Miller Starr Regalia Shareholder Appointed to Bay Area Legal Aid Board

Walnut Creek, Calif., (June 9, 2009) – Miller Starr Regalia announced today that shareholder George “Bill” Speir has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Bay Area Legal Aid, a nonprofit organization that provides legal services to low-income Bay Area residents. Mr. Speir will be one of two board members representing Contra Costa.

Mr. Speir is a litigation shareholder in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. His areas of expertise include eminent domain, land use, construction, commercial leasing and business disputes.
