Stephanie K. Nelson-Patel Joins Miller Starr Regalia as an Associate in the Firm's Real Estate Transactional Department

August 24, 2017 (Walnut Creek, CA) – Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Stephanie K. Nelson-Patel is joining the firm’s Walnut Creek office as an associate attorney in the firm’s transactional department.

Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Nelson-Patel was an associate in the Kansas City, Missouri office of Seigfreid Bingham, P.C., where her practice focused on real estate and business transactions. Specifically, Nelson-Patel negotiated and drafted commercial and residential real estate sale contracts, commercial leases and licenses, asset purchase, franchise, and shareholder agreements as well as tenancy in common agreements.

“Stephanie's experience in commercial transactions will benefit our broad range of real estate clients,” said Anthony M. Leones, Miller Starr Regalia’s managing shareholder. “Stephanie is the third attorney to join our real estate transaction group in the last year as the depth and breadth of our practice continues to grow."

Nelson-Patel received her B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law.
