As a transactional associate with Miller Starr Regalia, Amanda Alden represents clients, including developers, property owners, retail and office tenants, and financial institutions in a variety of real estate and business transactions.
Amanda’s practice frequently includes the negotiation and preparation of leases nationwide, purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, documentation of loan transactions and the formation of business entities. Amanda also facilitates transactions by reviewing and documenting due diligence investigations and drafting agreements that range from utility easements to CC&R's for complex mixed use developments.
EDUCATION
Amanda received a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2005, where she was active in a mock arbitration program. In 2001, Amanda graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in American Government.
