Brad Scheick is a transactional associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Brad represents financial institutions, property owners, developers, and retail and office tenants in a wide variety of real estate and related business transactions.
A substantial part of Brad’s practice focuses on representing banks and other lender’s in the negotiation, documentation and modification of construction and permanent financing arrangements. He also advises clients in drafting and negotiating real property purchase, sale, lease and management agreements, and in handling due diligence investigations.
EDUCATION
Brad received his J.D. from Indiana University in Bloomington, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, he received CALI awards for his academic achievement in real estate finance, secured transactions, international trade and international law, and was elected to Order of the Coif. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Appalachian State University.
