Brian Shaffer is a litigation associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek Office. His practice includes commercial litigation of an array of matters with a particular emphasis on title insurance.
EDUCATION
While pursuing a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, Brian distinguished himself by graduating cum laude and serving as Comments Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review. He also participated in numerous moot court competitions, was a finalist in the Galloway Moot Court, and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Intellectual Property. Upon graduation, Brian was inducted into the Order of the Coif for his academic achievements.
In 2003, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis.
