Chad Gallagher is a transactional associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Chad represents clients including developers, property owners, and national and regional retailers in a variety of real estate and business transactions.
He often aids clients in the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, as well as retail, office and ground leases. Chad also facilitates transactions by reviewing and documenting due diligence investigations and drafting agreements that range from CC&R's to operating and partnership agreements.
EDUCATION
Chad received a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2005. At Hastings, he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Hastings Race & Poverty Law Journal. In 2001, Chad earned a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to graduating summa cum laude, he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
