Miller Starr Regalia

Dan is a litigation shareholder with Miller Starr Regalia's Walnut Creek office. Dan specializes in real estate and business litigation. During his tenure with the firm, Dan has tried cases, both jury and non-jury, in federal and state court. He also has participated in several arbitrations and mediations and has represented clients in the federal and state Courts of Appeal.  Dan has an expertise in multiple areas, including business contract and partnership disputes, construction law, products liability, mold litigation and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.He has represented Fortune 500 companies and other large businesses on issues of local and national concern.

Dan has been named a Northern California “Superlawyer” by the publishers of Law & Politics for the last two years.

EDUCATION
Dan received his law degree from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law, in 1986. Prior to entering law school, Dan worked as a journalist in the Santa Barbara area. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, English and Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1983, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
