Miller Starr Regalia

Ellie Gladstone is a litigation associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office.  She assists clients with an array of real property litigation matters, including construction disputes and mechanics' liens, lender/mortgage title and insurance coverage disputes, escrow liability, contract disputes, and foreclosures.  Ellie represents title insurance companies, real property developers, lenders, investors, and individual homeowners.

EDUCATION
Ellie received a J.D. from the University of California Davis School of Law, where she was a senior articles editor for the Journal of International Law and Policy.  Ellie also served on the Moot Court Board as Neumiller Co-Chair and was a quarter-finalist in the Western Regional of the National Moot Court Competition. She earned a B.A. in sociology from the University of Texas, Austin and received a Master of Public Health degree from the University of California, Berkeley.  Ellie is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association, and the Oakland Builders Alliance.
