Ella Gower is a litigation associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Ella’s practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on disputes involving title insurance and escrow claims. Ella’s regulatory practice involves assisting title insurers and agents with regulatory matters.
EDUCATION
While receiving a J.D., from the University of California, Davis School of Law, Ella distinguished herself by serving as Editor in Chief of the Journal of International Law and Policy. She also served on the Trial Practice Honors Board and the Moot Court Board, placing first at the California Traynor Moot Court Competition. Prior to attending law school, Ella was a Special Assistant to Governor Gray Davis. In 2002, she received a bachelor’s degree in political science-public service and history—from the University of California, Davis.
