Miller Starr Regalia

Gene’s practice includes the representation of clients in all aspects of real property transactions including purchase and sale documentation and representation before public agencies.  He has  extensive experience in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.  Gene’s background as a Certified Public Accountant provides additional expertise and assistance in entity formation and in structuring transactions.  His experience as both a transactional and litigation attorney has allowed him to expand his representation into an alternative dispute resolution practice in which Gene both represents clients in mediation and acts as a mediator in complex matters. 

Gene served as Chairman of the firm from 1985 through 2011 and helped foster the firm’s growth and emergence as California’s preeminent real property law firm. 

EDUCATION
He received both a B.S. in accounting and a J.D. from the University of Illinois. Gene worked for Price Waterhouse as a certified public accountant prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia.
