Gene Miller has served as Chairman of Miller Starr Regalia since 1985, overseeing the firm’s emergence as California’s preeminent real property law firm. With over 35 years of experience in business and real estate law, Gene is also a recognized expert in facilitating transactions and leading his clients through successful negotiations.
Gene’s practice includes representing clients in the purchase and sale of real property, commercial leasing and negotiation of development and disposition agreements with public agencies. From entity formation to setting up mergers and joint ventures, he has extensive experience fostering business transactions.
Gene draws upon his expertise as a transactional lawyer to counsel clients through complex negotiations that include law firm dissolution, complex mediation and ADR.
EDUCATION
He received both a B.S. in accounting and a J.D. from the University of Illinois. Gene worked for Price Waterhouse as a certified public accountant prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia.
