Miller Starr Regalia

A transactional shareholder in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office, Gary Rosenberg specializes in real estate  transactions and financing, with an emphasis on corporate facilities and campuses.  In his capacity as national real estate counsel to several large Silicon Valley corporations, Gary’s experience includes the sale and leasing of a number of well known corporate locations in the Bay Area and the Western United States.  Over his 30 year career, Gary has handled all aspects of commercial real property negotiation and documentation, including purchase, sale, option and leasing transactions.

Gary has also dealt extensively with secured and unsecured loan transactions, including revolving, construction, permanent, securitized, syndicated, mini-perm and agricultural facilities; loan modifications and workouts; loan participation and syndication agreements; and purchase and sale of secured loans in portfolio and individual transactions.

EDUCATION
Gary received his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1977, where he served on the Hastings Law Journal and was elected to the Order of the Coif.  He earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude,  in 1974 from Carleton College where he was Phi Beta Kappa.
