With over 30 years of experience, Jim Frassetto is recognized for his broad-based expertise in the representation of real estate clients. As a transactional shareholder in Miller Star Regalia’s Walnut Creek office, his practice includes the negotiation and preparation of agreements for real estate, business and commercial transactions.
Jim’s expertise extends to purchase, sale and option agreements, commercial leases, ground leases and tax-deferred exchanges. From conception and investment through construction and leasing, he has facilitated every phase of commercial, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use project development. Jim has also represented major domestic financial institutions in the negotiation of loan transactions, workouts and foreclosures.
