Katie Jones is a litigation associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Her practice includes a broad range of litigation matters, with a special emphasis on commercial leasing and eminent domain issues. Katie represents landlords and institutional tenants in all types of commercial lease disputes. She also serves developers, property owners, public agencies, financial institutions and corporations in general business disputes, contract actions, and all aspects of condemnation.
Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, she served as an extern at the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of California.
EDUCATION
Katie received a J.D. from the University of California Davis School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the Journal of International Law and Policy. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2002.
