Lew’s practice focuses on real estate issues involving title insurance litigation, development, leasing, mortgage origination, servicing and secondary market transactions and foreclosure.
Lew began his career with Miller Starr Regalia in 1978 and later became in-house counsel at a financial institution, where his practice included commercial lending, mortgage banking, loan origination and servicing, and real estate development. In 1990 he brought his legal expertise back to the firm where he works closely with the firm's title insurance and financial institutions practice groups.
EDUCATION
Lew received a J.D./MBA from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law. He received a bachelor’s degree from the Stanford University.
