Miller Starr Regalia

Liana Epperson is a transactional associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. She has nearly ten years of experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers in real estate and business transactions. 

Liana’s expertise with real estate transactions extends to the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, option agreements and leases. She frequently represents clients in the acquisition, management, operation, merger and dissolution of partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. She also serves clients by reviewing and documenting due diligence investigations, and by advising them on licensing and regulatory issues.

EDUCATION
Liana earned a J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Gift and Estate Taxation and the Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement. While a student at U.C. Davis, Liana served as an extern to the California Department of Corporations and the Franchise Tax Board. She earned a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in finance and economics from Arizona State University.
