Miller Starr Regalia is recruiting for a litigation associate with 3-4 years of proven litigation experience for our Walnut Creek office.  Candidates must possess excellent writing skills and have demonstrated experience in drafting motions and trial related briefs.  Preference will be given to candidates graduating in the top 20% of their law school class.  Experience in sophisticated commercial litigation involving real property is ideal.
