Senior counsel Robin M. Pearson was honored in October at the Family Support Services of the Bay Area’s (FSSBA) 20th Anniversary event An Evening of Lights for her 14 years of service to the organization as an advocate and board member.
As senior counsel with Miller Starr Regalia, Ms. Pearson’s practice consists of business, commercial and real estate litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on disputes involving title insurance, commercial landlord/tenant relationships, insurance coverage, breach of contract, quiet title actions, foreclosures, and the purchase and sale of property.

She has actively promoted diversity in the legal profession and fairness in the courtroom by serving over ten years combined as chair of the Bar Association’s diversity committee, co-chair of Miller Starr Regalia’s diversity committee, and as a member of the bench/bar’s joint Committee on Bias.
Ms. Pearson received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
