Shareholder George Speir Appointed to Board of Bay Area Legal Aid

Shareholder George “Bill” Speir was appointed to the Board of Directors of Bay Area Legal Aid, a nonprofit organization providing legal services to low-income Bay Area residents. Bill is one of only two board members representing Contra Costa.

Bill is a litigation shareholder in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. His areas of expertise include eminent domain, land use, construction, commercial leasing and business disputes.
