Miller Starr Regalia’s Construction attorneys include seasoned trial attorneys, experienced in handling complex, multi-party mediation, arbitration and litigation in both Federal and State Court. They have handled everything from bid protests to claims involving unforeseen or differing site conditions, incomplete and defective plans and specifications, inadequate and uncoordinated project management, excessive changes, delay, disruption and acceleration, construction, mechanic’s lien, stop notice and payment and performance bond claims, unfair business practices (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200), Consumer Legal Remedies Act, fraud and misrepresentation claims, construction defect, warranty and contract disputes, and insurance claims.
