We often provide coverage analysis in coverage disputes between the title insurers and policyholders. We represent the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association for the title industry and we have also represented the California Land Title Association (CLTA), the state trade association, in addition to other notable industry groups.
We are nationally recognized for our expertise in compliance initiatives vital to the heavily regulated insurance industry. Our clients include individual title companies, but we also represent the interests of the entire title industry on behalf of ALTA. This representation extends to appearances and advocacy before numerous state Departments of Insurance and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. In addition, our regulatory practice includes advising insurers on product design, development and licensing.
Our team of litigators has developed a highly specialized expertise defending the interests of policy holders, as well as representing insurers in the litigation of bad faith claims.
