Biography

A litigation shareholder in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office, David Harris is an experienced appellate and trial attorney. In representing public agencies, private companies, and high net-worth individuals, he excels at complex multi-party litigation that flows from a broad range of real estate and commercial disputes. David’s areas of focus include complex business litigation, real estate disputes, appeals, title and escrow, alternative dispute resolution, and easements.
