Biography

Gary’s main area of focus is real estate transactions with a heavy emphasis on corporate campuses, offices, warehouses, and logistical facilities. In his capacity as national real estate counsel to several large Silicon Valley corporations, Gary has handled the sale and leasing of numerous well-known corporate offices and campuses both in the Bay Area and throughout the Western United States. Over his forty year career, Gary has handled all manner of commercial real property negotiation and documentation, including purchase, sale, finance, construction, ground lease, option, subleasing, and leasing transactions.

Gary has also dealt extensively with secured and unsecured loan transactions, including revolving, construction, permanent, securitized, syndicated, mini-perm, and agricultural facilities; loan modifications and workouts; and loan participation and syndication agreements.
