Mitchell Khurin is a transactional associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Mitchell’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. He has experience advising landlords and tenants for office, industrial, medical and retail spaces. This experience includes providing strategic advice to businesses facing the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as drafting and reviewing letters of intent, subleases, amendments, termination agreements, SNDAs, estoppels, and other ancillary documents. Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Mitchell worked at Valence Law Group where he advised clients ranging from start-ups to prominent public companies on their transactional real estate needs.
Mitchell received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served as an Executive Notes Editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal. While in law school, he interned at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, worked in-house at HotelTonight supporting the general counsel, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable A. James Robertson II of the San Francisco Superior Court.
He is a native San Franciscan and, in his spare time, enjoys taking trips to wine country with friends, watching local sports (go Dubs!), and playing his guitar.
