Biography

Stephanie Nelson-Patel is a transactional associate in the Walnut Creek office of Miller Starr Regalia. Stephanie focuses on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including negotiating and drafting all documents involved in commercial real estate transactions, performing due diligence, and obtaining the required third-party approvals. Stephanie’s practice also includes negotiating and drafting retail, restaurant, and office leasing, as well as preparing covenants, conditions and restrictions, easements, bylaws, articles of incorporation and related documents for residential, commercial and mixed-use common interest development projects.

Stephanie also has experience with the formation and structuring of business entities, as well as advising clients on a variety of corporate matters.

During law school, Stephanie held two judicial clerkships. Additionally, she served as a board member for Student Legal Relief, an organization that provides pro bono legal services to low income individuals, wherein she completed over sixty hours of pro bono legal services in addition to her law school courses.
