Amanda Alden is a shareholder in the Transactional Department at Miller Starr Regalia.
Amanda Alden is a transactional shareholder with experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. Amanda primarily focuses on retail, office and industrial leasing, representing both sophisticated property owners and tenants. Her clients range from regional startups to global Fortune 50 companies. In addition, Amanda represents developers in the acquisition, disposition, and development of complex projects.
Amanda also regularly prepares and negotiates auxiliary real estate transactional documents such as construction contracts, easement agreements, and entity formation documents. In addition, Amanda’s experience includes the negotiation of institutional loans for both lenders and borrowers.
Amanda served as a member of the CEB Real Property Advisory Committee from 2021-2024.
