Lance has been practicing transactional real estate at MSR for over 35 years. He represents tenants, landlords, sellers, buyers and borrowers in connection with commercial real estate.
Lance is a shareholder in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. He has substantial experience in retail, office, pharmaceutical and biotech leasing, ground leasing (residential and commercial), and the purchase, sale and leasing of corporate facilities (including corporate campuses).
His practice also includes advising clients in connection with the sale, purchase and leasing of environmentally impaired real estate, the formation and dissolution of business entities, and the preparation and negotiation of consulting agreements.
