Bradley Sena is a transactional associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Brad has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of real property matters, including sale and lease transactions, surplus property issues, developer fees, land use and zoning issues, and CEQA issues. He also has experience representing public agencies and property owners in state and federal eminent domain proceedings and advising clients on business contracts and contract procurement.
In his spare time, Brad enjoys watching the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team and exploring local restaurants and wineries with his friends and family.
