Bradley Sena is a transactional associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Brad represents landlords and tenants in a variety of commercial leasing transactions, including the leasing of retail, restaurant, industrial, and office space. He also regularly assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of real estate. Brad’s practice focuses on drafting and negotiating lease and acquisition/disposition documents, performing due diligence, and closing transactions. Brad also has experience representing public agencies and property owners in state and federal eminent domain proceedings, and advising public agency clients on surplus property, developer fee, land use and zoning, and CEQA issues.
