Kierston Cannon is a transactional associate in Miller Starr Regalia's Walnut Creek office. Kierston's practice focuses on acquisitions & dispositions, general corporate transactions, entity formations & joint ventures, leasing, as well as real estate finance. Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Kierston worked at Morrison & Foerster, LLP where she successfully contributed to private equity buy-side M&A deals, multiple venture financings from Series A to Series D, multi-million dollar debt financings, and general corporate matters.
Alongside Kierston’s transactional practice she has also performed pro bono work including guardianships and disability rights related projects pertaining to website accessibility and other sections of ADA compliance.
Outside the office, Kierston enjoys playing board games, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her mini dachshund in San Diego.
