Vance Prescott is a litigation associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including trial work, investigations, and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Vance served as a Deputy District Attorney in Contra Costa County, where he prosecuted a wide range of felony cases and led twelve jury trials to verdict.
He also previously practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, where he represented Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes commercial litigation, including real estate disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and fraud actions involving property interests. His experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discoveries, and working closely with expert witnesses in both state and federal courts.
Outside the office, Vance enjoys hiking on the Pacific Crest Trail, the Continental Divide Trail, and the Appalachian Trail.
