Hilda A. Senseney is a transactional shareholder in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Hilda’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including retail and office leasing, as well as the acquisition and disposition of real property. She represents national retail and office tenants across California and the U.S., managing transactions related to their real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Hilda was a Partner at Bartko Pavia LLP and previously worked at several large national law firms. She represented multinational REITs and institutional landlords in all aspects of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of commercial properties and office buildings. Her experience also includes negotiating financing agreements and joint venture documentation.
Hilda has extensive experience with commercial retail and office leases for both landlord and tenant clients, including build-to-suit leases, purchase and sale agreements, and ancillary documentation such as easements, CC&Rs, construction agreements, license agreements, confidentiality agreements, escrow holdback agreements, and 1031 and reverse 1031 exchange agreements and consents.
