Brianna Cuave is a litigation associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Her practice focuses on complex real estate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on resolving disputes arising out of commercial leasing and real property interests.

Prior to rejoining Miller Starr Regalia, Brianna served as Senior Director, Legal, at Kasa Living Inc., a technology‑enabled real estate company, where she advised on a broad range of legal matters at the intersection of real estate, technology, and business operations. Earlier in her career, she practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she was a member of the firm’s internet strategy and intellectual property litigation group. In that role, Brianna represented major technology companies in trade secret, trademark, commercial, and technology‑related disputes, and also counseled clients on litigation risk and strategy.

Brianna previously practiced at Miller Starr Regalia as a real estate litigation associate, representing clients in a variety of real property disputes, with a primary focus on commercial leasing litigation. Her litigation experience includes managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and handling matters in both state and federal courts.

Brianna received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Outside the office, Brianna enjoys swimming, photography, working on her travel blog, and planning her next adventure.
