Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for over 50 years, announced today that Alexis B. Sinclair is joining the firm’s Walnut Creek headquarters as an associate in the transactional department.
Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Alexis was counsel at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Bingham McCutchen LLP prior to that, in San Francisco and New York where he represented emerging growth, public and private middle market companies, investment funds, business development companies and financial institutions in all aspects of corporate and transactional matters, and negotiated and drafted an extensive range of commercial contracts.
“Alexis has significant experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial transactions. Alexis is able to provide our clients with corporate as well as real estate representation which allows us to expand both practice areas.” said Anthony M. Leones, Miller Starr Regalia managing shareholder. “We are very happy that he has decided to be a part of our growing transactional department.”
MSR’s Transactional Practice Group works with clients involved in commercial matters as well as every aspect of the real estate industry, including leading international technology firms, national and regional retailers, shopping center developers, residential, retail, mixed-use, hospitality and industrial developers, banks and other financial institutions, management companies and real estate entrepreneurs. The Group handles the structuring and negotiating of complex transactions and due diligence investigations throughout the United States.
Alexis received his B.A. from Georgetown University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is admitted to practice in California and New York.
