Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Bradley R. Sena is joining the firm’s Walnut Creek office as an associate in its Transactional Department.
Prior to joining MSR, Sena was an associate in the Walnut Creek office of Lozano Smith.
Sena has represented clients on a variety of real property matters including sale and lease transactions, surplus property issues, land use and zoning matters, and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) issues. He has also represented property owners and public agencies in state and federal eminent domain proceedings and advised clients on business contracts and contract procurement.
“Brad is the second transactional associate to join MSR this calendar year; his varied real property transaction skills will be extremely valuable as this practice continues to grow post-pandemic,” said Ella K. Gower, MSR’s managing shareholder.
Sena received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. Sena was a managing editor of the Ohio State Business Law Journal.
MSR’s Transactional Department assists clients involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including many of the world’s largest technology companies. The Department also assists developers, owners and tenants of commercial, office, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, warehouse, data center, industrial, and residential projects of all sizes, national and regional retailers and restaurant chains, banks and other financial institutions, real estate management companies and entrepreneurs. The Department structures, negotiates and documents complex transactions throughout the United States and overseas.
