Ivette Guzman

Ivette Guzman is a litigation associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Ivette seeks to assist her clients in efficiently resolving legal disputes whether through alternative dispute resolution or taking a case through trial. Her experience includes managing cases from inception to trial, including managing written discovery, taking depositions, preparing dispositive motions, preparing for and attending mediations, and preparing for trial.

During law school, Ivette advocated for low‑income students as a student advocate with Berkeley Law’s Food Justice Project. Ivette also advocated for low-income workers in the Bay Area as a student advocate, and then as a student director, for Berkeley Law’s Workers’ Rights Clinic.

When she is not in the office, Ivette enjoys spending time reading, playing, or baking with her young daughter.
