Yalda Vahdani has significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate agreements such as retail, office and industrial leases, subleases, ground leases, amendments, licenses, and purchase and sale agreements for the acquisition and disposition of real property. Yalda also represents residential developers and home builders of master planned communities with land development, entitlement, permitting, environmental concerns, and due diligence reviews. She advises franchisors, both established and startup, in developing franchising programs, assisting franchisees in negotiating franchise agreements, and ongoing legal compliance.

There, she advised Fortune 100 companies and large international clients on corporate structuring, agencies, distributorships and franchising, and negotiated and drafted the relevant transaction documents.
After moving back to the Bay Area, Yalda switched her focus to real estate and worked as an associate at several real estate law firms before coming to Miller Starr Regalia, including Starr Finley LLP. She has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, and has assisted in updating the CEB publication on Office Leasing for the last several years.
Yalda enjoys spending her free time riding horses, visiting as many museums and galleries as possible, or playing with her Yorkie, Cal.
