Brianna Cuave Joins Miller Starr Regalia’s Litigation Department as Associate

Miller Starr Regalia today announced that Brianna Cuave has rejoined the firm’s Litigation Department as a litigation associate in the firm’s Walnut Creek office.

Brianna’s practice focuses on complex real estate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial lease disputes and real property matters. She represents clients in a wide range of disputes involving property interests and commercial relationships and has experience handling matters in both state and federal courts.

Prior to rejoining Miller Starr Regalia, Brianna served as Senior Director, Legal, at Kasa Living Inc., a technology‑enabled real estate company. In that role, she advised on a broad range of legal matters at the intersection of real estate, technology, and business operations. Earlier in her career, Brianna practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she was a member of the firm’s internet strategy and intellectual property litigation group. There, she represented major technology companies in trade secret, trademark, commercial, and technology‑related disputes, and counseled clients on litigation risk and strategy.

Brianna previously practiced at Miller Starr Regalia as a real estate litigation associate, where she represented clients in a variety of real property disputes, with a primary focus on commercial leasing litigation. Her experience includes managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and handling matters in both state and federal courts.

Brianna earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
