Miller Starr Regalia Shareholder Ella Gower and Shareholder Tara Narayanan to present "Common Interest Development Law 101" at the Contra Costa County Bar Association Real Estate Section on September 15, 2017. They will discuss commercial, residential and mixed-use common interest developments, the statutes and regulations governing such developments and the drafting of CC&Rs and related easement and cost sharing agreements in connection therewith.
