Miller Starr Regalia attorneys Bryan W. Wenter, AICP and Travis Brooks to present “State of the Art in Housing and Land Use Law in California” from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. (PST) on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Contra Costa County Bar Association's 26th Annual MCLE Spectacular, which is being held (virtually) November 18-20, 2020.

Among the many enormous challenges California faces, housing availability continues to be one of the most important. As regions continue to develop and grow, how that process unfolds at the state, regional and local levels is crucial to each of the many stakeholders: those looking for housing, long-term residents of existing communities, environmentalists, developers, public officials, just to name a few. Bryan and Travis will aim to address the topic primarily from the lens of attorneys navigating the current state of land use law – discussing everything from recent legislation, case law, and the various other factors that influence this pivotal issue.
