Miller Starr Regalia Adds Associate Kierston Cannon to Transactional Department in Walnut Creek Headquarters

Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 60 years, announced today the addition of Kierston Cannon to the firm’s Transactional Department. She joins the firm’s Walnut Creek headquarters office.

“Kierston’s skills and background attending to general corporate matters, supporting complex transactions, and providing thorough due diligence needed to successfully complete transactions will help deepen our bench strength,” said Xavier L. Gutierrez, chair of Miller Starr Regalia’s Transactional Department. “We’re thrilled to welcome her to our group.”

Cannon brings experience supporting large, complex mergers and acquisitions, conducting due diligence, compiling diligence memorandums and disclosure schedules, and drafting ancillary documents including organizational documents and commercial contracts.

“We are excited to have Kierston join MSR.  She will be a great asset to our Transactional Department,” said Ella K. Gower, MSR’s Managing Shareholder.

Cannon earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and received her B.A. in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Earlier in her career, she served as a disability rights intern for the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
