Bramer represents clients in complex real property and commercial litigation matters, including controversies related to contracts, easements, development rights, land use, and title issues. She is known for her strategic advocacy, strong writing, and practical approach to resolving challenging disputes.
Chen’s practice is focused on real estate litigation in landlord-tenant disputes, ownership and partnership conflicts, commercial contract matters, and land use challenges. She advises clients on high-stakes issues with clarity and efficiency.
