Miller Starr Regalia, a California real property and business law firm celebrating its 50th anniversary, announced today that its Newport Beach office has relocated to Fashion Island. The move accommodates its deal growth and expanding land use practice in Southern California. The firm took more convenient space to accommodate client activity and attract a greater pool of talent as the firm continues to expand.

Miller Starr Regalia has a robust transactional practice in Southern California. It works with developers, builders, retailers and financial institutions on real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate finance and leasing. The office is led by shareholder Paul E. Mosley, former General Counsel of Shea Homes, senior counsel Blake W. Wettengel and associate Darren J. Schecter. Shareholder Nadia L. Costa, co-chair of the firm’s land use practice, will split her time between the firm’s Walnut Creek headquarters and the Newport Beach office.
