Victoria Phillips Gyulassy Joins Miller Starr Regalia as Transactional Associate

Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for over 50 years, announced today that Victoria (Tori) Phillips Gyulassy is joining the firm’s Walnut Creek headquarters as a transactional associate.

Gyulassy comes to MSR from Davis Polk’s Menlo Park, CA office, where she was an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Prior to that, she was a summer associate for Davis Polk in 2013.

“Tori is a bright and enthusiastic associate who will be a great addition to our Transactional Department,” said Anthony M. Leones, Miller Starr Regalia managing shareholder. “Our Transactional Department handles a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, complex commercial leasing, finance, and development, giving Tori the opportunity to work across many of the firm’s key practice areas.”

MSR’s Transactional Practice Group works with clients involved in every aspect of the real estate industry, including leading international technology firms, national and regional retailers, shopping center developers, residential, retail, mixed-use, hospitality and industrial developers, banks and other financial institutions, management companies and real estate entrepreneurs. The Group handles the structuring and negotiating of complex transactions and due diligence investigations throughout the United States.

Gyulassy received her B.A. from the University of California, Davis and her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was an associate editor of Stanford Law & Policy Review. She is admitted to practice in California.
