Biography

Amanda Alden is a transactional attorney with experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. Amanda primarily focuses on retail, office and industrial leasing for sophisticated property owners and international, national, and regional tenants and acquisition, disposition, and development of complex projects for a variety of developers.

Amanda also regularly prepares and negotiates auxiliary real estate transactional documents such as construction contracts, easement agreements, and entity formation documents. In addition, Amanda’s experience includes the negotiation of institutional loans for both lenders and borrowers.
