Hector Suarez

Hector Suarez is Senior Counsel in the Transactional Department at Miller Starr Regalia. His practice focuses on complex retail lease negotiations on behalf of national retailers. He also advises clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, including office leasing for both landlords and tenants, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and industrial properties, and the negotiation of financing and joint venture agreements.

Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Hector worked at a large national law firm where he represented institutional owners of hotel and resort properties. He frequently serves as local counsel to out-of-state law firms handling commercial lease negotiations in California.

Hector’s experience includes drafting and negotiating retail and office leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documentation such as easements, CC&Rs, financing agreements, and joint venture contracts arrangements.
