Jocelyn Lin

Jocelyn Lin is a transactional associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. She represents both landlords and tenants in a wide range of commercial leasing transactions, including retail, restaurant, industrial, and office leases.  Jocelyn also regularly assists clients on the acquisition and disposition of real estate.  Her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating lease and purchase and sale agreements, performing due diligence, and facilitating successful closings. Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Jocelyn practiced at Davis Wright Tremaine, where she represented lenders in construction loans for affordable housing developments. She has experience in Real Estate Finance, including the preparation of loan agreements and ancillary loan documents.  Jocelyn began her career at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft LLP, where she worked in their Real Estate Finance and Corporate departments.
