Miller Starr Regalia Adds Associate Jocelyn Lin to Transactional Department in Walnut Creek Headquarters

Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 60 years, announced today the addition of Jocelyn Lin to the firm’s Transactional Department. She joins the firm’s Walnut Creek headquarters office as an associate.

Lin is an experienced transactional attorney with years of experience supporting transactions at all stages, including drafting agreements, and conducting due diligence and document review. Most recently, she worked in the Real Property practice group of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, LLP, where she began as a summer associate.

“Jocelyn’s experience will complement our Transactional Department very well and provide us with additional bench strength,” said Xavier L. Gutierrez, chair of Miller Starr Regalia’s Transactional Department. “She has an impressive resume, and we’re very happy she has chosen to join MSR.”

Lin earned her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she was the senior articles editor of the Journal of Law and Business. She graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in political science and with honors in economics.
