Biography

Kimberly Weber is Senior Counsel in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Kimberly’s practice focuses on retail leasing for national tenants, with over 20 years of experience representing some of the country’s leading brands. She ensures that lease agreements align with strategic growth objectives and operational needs across shopping centers nationwide.

Kimberly negotiates, drafts, and structures leases that protect tenant interests while facilitating seamless market expansion. Her approach emphasizes deal efficiency and strategic consensus building, helping clients secure favorable terms in competitive retail environments.

In addition to her extensive retail leasing experience, Kimberly’s transactional real estate background includes construction, real estate secured financing, and the acquisition and sale of various property types, including shopping centers, hotels, large multi-family apartment complexes, and raw land. Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Kimberly served as in-house counsel for a regional developer, specializing in leasing and construction law.

Kimberly has successfully negotiated the completion of hundreds of retail leases for shopping centers across the country.
