Miguel Mauricio is a Land Use associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. His expertise includes representing residential, commercial, and industrial developers on a wide range of land use entitlement and environmental matters throughout the state of California, with a particular focus on residential development. At Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Miguel represented clients in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, financings, and development projects. He advised on complex regulatory issues impacting various projects, such as retail centers, mixed-use developments, office projects, and historic rehabilitations. Miguel is well-versed in zoning planning, CEQA, and processing entitlements for major real estate developments in California.
Miguel sits on the board of directors for the Kennedy-King Memorial College Scholarship Fund and Opportunity Junction. In 2025, Governor Newsom appointed Miguel to serve on the governing board of the 23rd District Agricultural Association.
