Biography

Miguel Mauricio is a Land Use associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Miguel’s practice focuses on land use matters and real estate transactions.

His expertise includes guiding organizations' legal strategies, managing communications with outside counsel, and coordinating responses to intellectual property lawsuits. At Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Miguel represented clients in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, financings, and development projects. He advised on complex regulatory issues impacting various projects, such as retail centers, mixed-use developments, office projects, and historic rehabilitations. Miguel is well-versed in zoning planning, CEQA, and processing entitlements for major real estate developments in California. Additionally, he has experience in public policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
