Nina K. Prasad is an associate in Miller Starr Regalia’s Walnut Creek office. Her practice focuses on a wide range of real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and development projects. She represents institutional investors, developers, property owners, and tenants in complex real estate transactions, advising clients through all stages of the deal process.
Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Nina served as Vice President, Real Estate Counsel at Kilroy Realty Corporation, where she drafted and negotiated a broad range of real estate agreements and advised business teams on leasing, operations, and corporate governance matters. She also previously held roles as Senior Counsel and Counsel, Leasing & Operations at Kilroy. Earlier in her career, Nina was a real estate associate at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, representing clients in sophisticated transactional matters. She also worked at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where she handled leasing and related legal matters across international airport properties.
