Amer Lakhani Joins Miller Starr Regalia As An Associate In The Firm’s Real Estate Transactional Department

Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Amer Lakhani is joining the firm’s Walnut Creek office as an associate in its Transactional Department.

Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Lakhani held various State and Local Tax positions, including at Tax Consulting firms and most recently at Sunrun Inc., a leading solar energy company in San Francisco. He has managed sales/use tax and property tax projects including tax compliance and audit defense. Lakhani has gained valuable experience advising businesses ranging in size from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Lakhani received his B.A. (with honors) and B.S. from the University of California, Davis and his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
